Great honor for Christopher Franz - Chef de Cuisine of the "Hasenpfeffer" in the GolfResort Semlin accepted into the Chaîne des Rôtisseurs

Christopher Franz, the chef of the Fine Dining Restaurant „Hasenpfeffer“ at the GolfResort Semlin in Brandenburg, Germany, is now part of the select circle of a traditional company of top chefs from around the world.

 

Born in Magdeburg, he was inducted into the "Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs" at the Chapitre de Bailliage d'Allemagne in Berlin on October 21. With his genuine and purist aromatic cuisine, Franz attracts not only hotel guests who want to enjoy all the benefits of this 27-hole golf course in Semlin in the district of Rathenow in the greater Berlin-Potsdam area, but also more and more gourmets from near and far.

 

The Fine Dining Restaurant „Hasenpfeffer“ offers year-round fine food from the kitchen and cellar with seasonal menus primarily with regional products.
