The restaurant HASENPFEFFER in the GolfResort Semlin in Rathenow was recently mentioned for the first time in the Michelin Guide 2022. Under the direction of chef Christopher Franz, only selected products of the best quality are served here in a modern-extravagant and traditional-lustful way in small and large succession. 

After a short vacation break, the restaurant has been open again since the beginning of April and is launching a new menu. Guests can choose between the menu Légère with 4 courses or the menu Passion with 5 courses - a pleasure journey into the fine flavor cuisine. 

The restaurant's modern atmosphere is deliberately kept casual and uninhibited, in keeping with the resort's sporty character. The excellent, knowledgeable service, together with the innovative and creatively interpreted dishes and the unmistakable aromatic cuisine of Christopher Franz, make the stay an extraordinary experience.

Soon there will also be a summer terrace with eight tables overlooking the golf course.
